Job description- Will Cater PHILIPPINE CUSTOMERS for Philips Audio and Video products.
Responsible for providing scheduled support to the Service Department in accordance with policies and procedures. Core activities handling the after sales service inquiry and complaints.
Responds to customer/client service inquiry- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
Proactively communicates and meets work deadline
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Requirements At least Senior High School Graduate
With or without experience- Analytic, organized and motivated
Proficient in MS Applications
- Amenable to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City
