Roles and Responsibilities:- Answer phone calls and emails from customers regarding appliance service requests.
Listen attentively to customer concerns, diagnose problems (to the best of your ability), and schedule appropriate service appointments.- Maintain a clear and efficient scheduling system, considering technician availability, customer urgency, and geographic location.
Dispatch service calls to qualified technicians based on their expertise and ensure they have all the necessary information before arriving at the customer's location.
- Track the progress of service calls, following up with technicians and customers to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of all service requests, work orders, and customer interactions.- Process warranty claims and communicate effectively with parts suppliers.
Identify opportunities to improve the aftersales service process and implement changes as needed.
- Provide basic troubleshooting advice to customers where possible.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Business course or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field or same industry is an advantage for this position
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Customer Service or equivalent- Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel)
Must be punctual, goal-driven, and good analytical skills
