We here at positive housing are looking for someone who will handle our inbound calls coming through after office/working hours. Due to the nature of the business it is important these calls are attended to and addressed/logged accordingly.Positive Housing is a private company that works alongside the local authority (government body) to house vulnerable individuals that may require accommodation and support. At positive housing we aim to provide a home to the most vulnerable in society and promote independence through life skills and education.
Answering all inbound calls coming through. On average 5 calls an hour
- Logging or reporting the nature of call in relevant platforms
Escalating to relevant managers where quired- Answering calls Monday to Friday 6:00pm to 12:00am UK Time & Saturday - Sunday 9:00am to 12:00am (16 hours on weekends)
Taking Leads and logging them for teams to pick up
- Action and reporting any property maintenance issues
Complaint calls Tenant and housing issues.
All training will be provided and a script given. The above mentioned duties are a general indication but are not limited to the mentioned. This role requires full commitment as due to the nature of business calls must be answered at all times and therefore all calls must be treated with great importance.
