Your Role Involves:
- Managing all Affiliates of the company;
- Be end to end responsible for all third party resellers;
- Managed all processes regarding Affiliate program;
- Find and onboard new Partners on Affiliate program;
- Tracks for the implementation of the set goals and tasks, including KPIs;
- You comply with company standards.
What You'll Do Daily:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams;
- Find and onboard new Partners on our Affiliate program;
- Identifying areas for continuous improvement in processes and implementing efficient solutions;
- Utilizing data analytics to make informed decisions;
- Providing strategic insights and recommendations to the executive team;
- You will assure quality, delivery and efficiency of services on a daily basis.
We Expect:
- 4+ years of experience with a proven experience in e-commerce or digital marketing;
- A degree in Business Administration or Marketing;
- Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- CEFR level of English corresponding to at least C1;
- A leader with the ability to inspire with a strong drive for results and the determination to deliver according to plan;
- Team player dependable, respectful, and communicative, with a fun & positive attitude.
