Ethos Skin Aesthetics is a premier aesthetic and wellness center at the heart of Ortigas Pasig dedicated to providing exceptional services and treatments to our clients with genuine TLC.

• Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude and have at least basic background in skin and aesthetic treatments, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to helping clients achieve their skin and beauty goals. The Aesthetician will be responsible for performing a variety of facial and body treatments, supervised laser treatments, and aid the doctor on educating clients on skincare, and maintaining a clean and professional environment.

• Key Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments, including facials, handle body contouring machines, handle laser devices such as diode hair removal and laser brightening devices.

• Provide pre- and post-treatment care and instructions to clients.

Maintain accurate client records, including treatment details and progress notes.

• Ensure all equipment and treatment areas are clean, sanitized, and organized.

Collaborate with other team members to provide a seamless client experience.

• Promote and upsell additional services and products to clients.

Maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor at all times.

• Qualifications:

Previous job experience as a facialist or aesthetician.

• Pleasing personality and a positive attitude.

Willingness to learn and to be trained

• Proficient in a variety of skin and aesthetic treatments.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships.

Detail-oriented and highly organized.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
