Duties & Responsibilities:- Perform consultations with patients to assess their aesthetic goals and recommend suitable treatments.
- Administer injectable treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, and sclerotherapy following established protocols and safety guidelines.
- Conduct pre-procedure assessments, educate patients on treatment options, and provide post-procedure care instructions.
- Assist physicians and other medical staff during aesthetic procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and consent forms.
- Monitor patients for adverse reactions and take appropriate action as needed.
- Educate patients on skincare products, treatments, and post-treatment care to optimize results and patient satisfaction.
- Provide guidance on maintenance treatments and long-term skincare routines tailored to individual patient needs.
- Adhere to clinic policies, protocols, and regulatory requirements related to aesthetic procedures and patient care.
- Maintain proficiency in infection control practices and ensure a clean and safe clinical environment.
- 11. Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional patient care delivery.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuing education to stay updated on aesthetic trends, techniques, and products.
- Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with additional certification or training in aesthetics preferred.
- Previous experience in a medical spa, dermatology practice, or aesthetic clinic is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in administering injectable treatments and other aesthetic procedures.
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy, skincare principles, and cosmetic dermatology.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients.
- Attention to detail, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Working Conditions:
2-3 days a week (Commission based)
- Clinic setting, involving direct patient care and interaction with medical professionals and support staff.
