Perform business transformation assessment on the 7 key business processes of the client (e.g., Order to Cash, Procure to pay, Cash Disbursement, Fixed Assets Management, Inventory Management, HR and Payroll Management and Period End closing).
Performs gap analysis and other data gathering activities, facilitate workshops, discuss and present results to clients and other stakeholders, draft reports
Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelors Degree inAccountancy, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Human Resources or relatedcourses
Relevant experience and extensive knowledgeof business process improvement and changemanagement
Has good risk management mindset and isclient-orientedExcellent verbal and written communication,presentation, and interpersonal skills.
