Duties and Responsibilities:ADMITTING PROCEDURES
- Get relevant data/information from patient/s
- Ensure completion of patient information
- Record and update RECORD OF ADMISSIONS
- Ensure signing of consent form
- Coordinate availability of room for patient
- Explain rates/charges to patients/relatives
- Inform patients/relatives re: special procedures and ensure that deposit has been paid
HMO COORDINATION:
- Know HMO procedures for out-patient, in-patient, emergency cases
- Secure approval from patients HMO regarding charges/billings
- Verify relevant information re: patients status with HMOs
RECORDING PATIENTS FEEDBACK:
- Consolidate patients feedback as written in the Evaluation Forms
- Input patients feedback in the computer
- Regularly prepare and submit reports to management re: patients feedback
