Job SummaryThe Admission Counsellor is responsible for recruiting and assisting prospective students throughout the college admission process. The role involves providing information about academic programs, admissions requirements, and campus life to potential students and their families. The counsellor will also be involved in evaluating applications, conducting interviews, and participating in recruitment events.
- Responsibilities and Duties
Handling admission inquiries, building a rapport with the parents, explaining the College/School philosophy & culture, explaining the parents the entire admission process, fee structure, co-ordinating for student evaluations, handling parent queries, complaints and facilitating for closing the complaints, maintaining data base of all students, co-ordinating with respective departments.
- Engage with prospective students through various communication channels, including phone, email, social media, and in-person interactions.
Attend college fairs, school visits, and other recruitment events to represent the college.
- Provide detailed information about the college's academic programs
- Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Qualification : Any Graduate / Post Graduate
Experience : 2 -3 yrs of relevant experience in School / freshers also can apply
Skills : PR skills , excellent communication skills (verbal & written), computer skills, positive attitude, self motivated, adaptable and flexible.
Pay: 20,
