ADMINISTRATOR (TRAINING AND REGISTRATION-TEMPORARY)

Devices tested by Teradyne are used in computing, communications, consumer, automotive, identification, and internet applications.
Duties / Essential Functions
- Create training class schedules.
- Assist for customers with training class registration.
- Prepare the training class sign-up sheet.
- Update monitoring files for registration and legal compliance.
- Generate the report of new orders in the Credit Bank.
- Prepare and distribute training certificates via mail or email.
Business Days: 5 days including holidays
Monday to Friday (24hours x5 days a week)
Basic Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor's degree. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language.
- Must be keen on details.
- Demonstrate excellent workload management skills.
- Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office package (Word and Excel).
- Willing to work in a shifting schedule, including night shift.
