Job Description

Job Discipline Description Supports general business operations by providing various administrative support activities as a generalist or in a combination of disciplines in the Administrative Services Function General Profile: Performs routine assignments in the entry level to a professional job progression Requires a college or university degree or the equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles and concepts Receives instruction, guidance and direction from others Recommended Skills: Functional Knowledge: Requires conceptual knowledge of theories, practices and procedures within a job discipline Business Expertise: Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience Leadership: No supervisory responsibilities; accountable for own contribution Problem Solving: Solves routine problems using existing procedures and standard practices Impact: Works within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines Interpersonal Skills: Exchanges straightforward information, asks questions and checks for understanding.

Accountabilities:


A good command of interpreting written English language

Ability to work well on own initiative and able to remain focused.

Good organizational and time management skills with ability to meet deadlines.

A keen eye for detail and accuracy, with a demonstrable ability to summarize information quickly and accurately.

Confidence in asking questions and seeking validation.

Ability to provide customer support through email, chat or phone calls

Ability to support any volume-based customer facing or back-office requirement as needed by the business

Job Qualifications:


Basic knowledge of standard computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet applications)

Ability to work with deadlines

Has great attention to detail

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field

Excellent English oral and written communication skills

At least 1-2 years BPO/shared service or relevant experience

Fresh graduates can be accommodated depending on communication skills and behavioral aspect

Flexible and can adapt to different business requirements, onsite or hybrid work arrangement and rotating work schedule
