  • Who we are looking for:


We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Support Specialist with previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within marketing, PR, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and PowerPoint. You should be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, work both independently and as part of a team, and ensure all work meets high standards of quality and professionalism.

  • What you'll do:
  • Proposal Formatting: Format PowerPoint presentations and other proposal documents to ensure consistency in fonts, layout, and overall appearance.
Agreement Preparation: Assist in the preparation of agreements by using templates and taking the first pass at document creation, ensuring all necessary elements are included and properly formatted.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks to support the New Business team, including scheduling, document management, and communication coordination.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all documents and presentations meet our high standards of quality and professionalism before submission to clients or internal stakeholders.
Backup Support: Provide backup support for team members during absences, ensuring continuity in administrative processes and tasks.
  • What you'll need:
  • Experience: Previous experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a marketing, PR, or related field.
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and PowerPoint, and familiarity with document formatting and presentation standards.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Adaptability: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and proactive approach to tasks.

  • Specific Software Needed:
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential, particularly in Word and PowerPoint. These tools will be used for formatting proposals, creating agreements, and ensuring consistent document presentation. Excel may also be needed.
