Remarkablism Services Corporation is looking for a dedicated individual to assist one of our clients with the management of 40 AirBnB properties.
Handle evening communications via phone and email
- Monitor and respond to emails promptly
- Compile a list of questions and tasks for the US day shift
- Assist with organizing receipts and other administrative tasks to support the bookkeeper
1-year relevant work experience in a similar position/responsibilities in a short-term rental business - OR - at least 4 years plus of combined experience in Customer Service and Admin Support/VA/Executive experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational skills- High Initiative and can work with minimal supervision
3pm - 11pm EST (approximately 3am - 11am MNL) Wednesday-Sunday
