Job Description

Remarkablism Services Corporation is looking for a dedicated individual to assist one of our clients with the management of 40 AirBnB properties.
  • Responsibilities:
Handle evening communications via phone and email
  • Monitor and respond to emails promptly
  • Escalate calls as needed
  • Compile a list of questions and tasks for the US day shift
  • Assist with organizing receipts and other administrative tasks to support the bookkeeper
  • Minimum Qualifications:
1-year relevant work experience in a similar position/responsibilities in a short-term rental business - OR - at least 4 years plus of combined experience in Customer Service and Admin Support/VA/Executive experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational skills
  • High Initiative and can work with minimal supervision
  • Schedule:
3pm - 11pm EST (approximately 3am - 11am MNL) Wednesday-Sunday
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30,
  • 00 - Php45,000.00 per month
