Supervises the Administrative Assistants of the Commercial/BPO properties to ensure effective and efficient documentation, file management and monitoring of the different processes of the managed properties. Assists the Administrative Manager and Property Manager with customer relationship management in the managed property.
Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course with 3 years experience in Office Administration.

Good organizational and time management skills- Proven ability to maintain records and files for easy access and retrieval.
Proficient in MS Office applications and business management system
- With excellent interpersonal skills and can deal with all levels in the organization
Good written and verbal communication skills, with excellent customer service skills- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
