Job Description

Financial Record Keeping:
  • Maintaining accurate financial records, including transaction and expenses.
Recording financial data.
  • Ensuring financial documents are organized and easily accessible for audits and reviews.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
  • Assisting in the development and monitoring of budgets and financial forecasts.
Collaborating with department head to create accurate budget projections.
  • Financial Analysis:
Interpreting financial data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Financial Management:
Managing accounts payables
  • Internal Controls and Audit Support:
Establishing and maintaining internal controls to safeguard financial assets and prevent fraud.
  • Supporting internal and external audits by providing accurate financial records and documentation.
Implementing best practices for financial transparency and accountability.
  • Issuing Payments
Responsible for issuing payments to suppliers, employees, and other entities as required by the organization.
  • Verifying Payment Requests
Verify the accuracy and legitimacy of payment requests and ensure they comply with internal policies and procedures.
  • Data Entry
Entering payment details into the system accurately to maintain proper records of transactions.
  • Check Printing
Printing physical checks or arranging electronic payments as per the payment instructions.
  • Authorization
Ensuring that all payments are authorized by the appropriate personnel before processing.
  • Payment Distribution
Distributing checks or electronic payment confirmations to the intended recipients.
  • Reconciliation
Reconciling payment records with financial accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
