Job Description

Work Nature

Full-time

Hybrid Work Arrangement At least once a week reporting to the office and Must be willing to report on call.
  • Job Summary

The Administrative Staff (AS) will provide support in the overall coordination, day-to-day management, and operationalization to ensure effective planning and implementation of RT&Co. SPI's training programs, learning sessions, and other activities. In addition, the AS will also ensure that utmost professionalism and excellence are followed in engaging with clients.

The AS directly reports to the Assistant Director
  • Duties and Responsibilities

  • Program and Training Management
  • Assist in organizing and managing the overall implementation of Executive Overview Sessions (EOS), Public Workshops, and In-House Workshops.
Prepare the pre and post activity materials.
  • Administrative management of activities both onsite and via Zoom.
Prepare of minutes of the meetings, reports, and other documents needed.
  • Ensure the timely and effective conduct of projects and activities.
Support in managing the day-to-day operational aspect of the activities such as customer engagement and service and other administrative tasks.
  • Report to the Assistant Director for project updates and monitoring.
Assist in other consultancy engagements and marketing initiatives.

  • Reporting, Documentation, and Finance
  • Prepare and process documents for finance and administration such as issuance of billing statements, collection of payments, reimbursements, liquidations, monitoring of supply inventory, etc.
Monitoring and response to work emails.
  • Updating of client list.
Processing of book orders and deliveries.
  • Ensure timely submission of all project documentation, including work plans, reports, etc.
Prepare and submit reports as required.
  • Assist in other administrative tasks.
  • Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business/Office Administration, Mass Communication, Development Communication, or any related course.
  • At least three (3) years of relevant work experience.
  • Required Skills
Excellent organizational skills.
  • Can work with minimal supervision and efficient under pressure.
Can work independently in a lean team.
  • Quick to adapt.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills both oral and written with attention to details.
Well-versed with PowerPoint, Word, Excel and any design software such as Canva.
  • Expertise in navigating Zoom.
  • Other Requirements

Must have a stable internet connection and work space suitable for hybrid work arrangement. Otherwise, candidate must be willing to report to the office in Makati from Mondays to Fridays.
