a. Assist in logistical needs of the company:
- Maintain accurate records of stocks received and delivered
Issue Sales Invoices and Delivery Receipts to customers- Monitor customers accounts receivables and schedule dates for collection
Coordinate with third party trucking companies and customers for schedule of delivery of items
- Do physical count of inventories in the company's warehouses
b. Assist in accounting requirements of the company:
- Prepare Statement of Account for monthly billing to tenants (utility bills, maintenance dues, etc.)
Monitor and coordinate with customers to ensure timely payment of all bills due- Assist in preparation of lease contracts, issuance of Official Receipts and maintain records of tenants files
Coordinate with company's accountants to ensure accuracy and timely submission of reports for monthly submission (VAT, Withholding Tax, SSS/Philhealth/HDMF, etc.)
- Maintain quarterly reconciliation of inventory with the company's Financial Statement
Monitor budget for sales invoice and inventory
c. Report to management and performs all around administrative duties such as:- Process annual renewals of business permits, licenses, car registration, etc.
File documents, input data, format reports and maintain databases
- Coordinate with internal and external contacts for any business requirements.
Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements.- Preparing payments for utility bills such as Meralco, Maynilad, PLDT, Converge, etc.
d. Must be familiar with real estate documentations, title transfer process, and due diligence
e. Preferably with accounting and bookkeeping background
e. Must be detail oriented, organized and can work under pressure
f. Assist in other operations of the company as needed

Pay: Php23,- 00 - Php28,000.00 per month
