The Administrative Staff member will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the company. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and multitasking skills. This role involves handling a variety of tasks to assist in the efficient running of the office, including clerical work, data entry, and providing administrative support to various departments.
_General Office Management:
_- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and placing orders.
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Manage the office layout and maintain supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
_Administrative Support:
_- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
_Communication and Coordination:
_- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies.

Project Assistance:_
- Support team projects and initiatives as required.
Conduct research and gather data for reports and presentations.- Assist in the planning and execution of company events and functions.
