Job Description

The Administrative Staff member will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the company. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and multitasking skills. This role involves handling a variety of tasks to assist in the efficient running of the office, including clerical work, data entry, and providing administrative support to various departments.
  • Key Responsibilities:

_General Office Management:_
  • Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and placing orders.
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Manage the office layout and maintain supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.

_
Administrative Support:_
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
Update and maintain office policies and procedures.

_
Communication and Coordination:_
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies.

_Project Assistance:_
  • Support team projects and initiatives as required.
Conduct research and gather data for reports and presentations.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of company events and functions.
  • Qualification
Sr. High School Grad, Bachelor Degree in any fields
  • Willingness to work in Bacoor City, Cavite
Open for fresh graduates
  • Good inter-personal relationship and work attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php14,
  • 00 - Php19,000.00 per month
