Job Title: Admin Staff
- Store Location: Manmaru - Tomas Morato
- Working Arrangement: Flexible Schedule (6 days/week)
The ideal candidate will provide administrative support for the teams, executives, and various departments. The Admin Staff will be accountable for the efficient and day-to-day operations of each department.
Manages and records all incoming and outgoing documents- Documents daily administrative tasks; maintains soft and hard copies of the records or files.
Reviews the accuracy of all supporting documents before they are forwarded to the concerned team or department
- Controls the end-to-end process of invoice related activities
Monitors and archives documents related to invoices- Updates the inventory of available supplies and materials; create requests of needed supplies.
Performs skilled and responsible administrative and clerical work
At least 18 years old and above
- Graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management or any related business course.
Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.- Preferably with one-year work experience
Strong verbal and communication skills
- Knowledge in Microsoft office, particularly Microsoft excel functions
Strong organizational and time management skills- Should be able to meet multiple deadlines
Strong problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, and with a can-do attitude
