Job Function
Executive Support to the Leadership Team
- The role entails delivering comprehensive administrative support to the Country Manager and the Leadership Team in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed. Key responsibilities include preparing administrative reports, managing information requests, and executing a range of tasks such as handling correspondence, coordinating logistical requirements, and organizing conference calls and meetings. This position is essential for ensuring the seamless operation of the Plant's activities and on employee services
General Services Administration
- The position will oversee general services, including travel and booking arrangements, janitorial and security services, shuttle operations, and cafeteria management. This role is responsible for ensuring that these services function efficiently and effectively meet the needs of the company and its employees. Key responsibilities include coordinating with relevant committees and agencies, addressing service-related issues, and ensuring compliance with applicable standards and policies
Administrative Support
- This position shall also provide administrative support for selected benefits including insurance, fleet management, RFID, and related applications. To provide support for managing renewal applications and providing regulatory support to the leadership team as needed, ensuring compliance and efficiency in all administrative processes
Education & Experience
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role, with a focus on travel coordination and general administration and general services.
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
