THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING: 40% - Manages the operations, activities and programs of the Administrative Unit of the Provincial Office such as the following:
- HR Functions
- Financial and Budgeting Functions and
- Supply/Property Management and General Services Functions
35% - Facilitates the administrative operations of the Provincial Office particularly on Recruitment, Selection and Promotion personnel Staff Development Program Personnel Information Systems and Personnel Records Employee Compensation and Benefits and Awards Attendance Monitoring and Leave Administration Grievance and Employee Relations Performance Evaluation and Monitoring and Personnel Reports preparation
5% - Plan Staff Development Programs of the Provincial Office and monitors implementation
5% - Provision of technical assistance and administrative support services to clients/partners
5% - Prepares guidelines for the implementation of programs and services of the Provincial Office
5% - Implements Quality Standards and Procedures and
5% - Performs other related function as may be required.
