Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments.
Arraignment Scheduling and Appointments.
  • Coordinate meetings and conferences.
Managing of Revolving Funds, Billing and Collection.
  • Develop and maintain filing system.
Welcoming and assisting of visitors.
  • Answering of phone calls.
Mail Distributions.
  • QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of any four-year business course, office administration or Legal courses.
  • With at least 6 months to 1 year experience in the same position.
Has background in SEC and GIS is preferred.
Willing to start ASAP
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20,
  • 00 - Php25,000.00 per month
