JOB DESCRIPTION- Scheduling meetings and appointments.
Arraignment Scheduling and Appointments.- Coordinate meetings and conferences.
Managing of Revolving Funds, Billing and Collection.
- Develop and maintain filing system.
Welcoming and assisting of visitors.- Answering of phone calls.
Mail Distributions.
Graduate of any four-year business course, office administration or Legal courses.
- With at least 6 months to 1 year experience in the same position.
Has background in SEC and GIS is preferred.Willing to start ASAP
