Qualification Standards:
Education: Bachelor's Degree preferably in Legal Management, AB English, AB Communications, Political
Science, or other allied courses relevant to the position
Experience: At least one (1) year of relevant experience
Training: At least four (4) hours of relevant training

Job Responsibilities
Main Functions:
- Managing the operations of the Fresh Desk related to the Dispute Resolution Process and other related
queries;
- Drafting and issuing Resolutions on the Disputes filed by Disputers;
- Coordinating Dispute cases with the Submitting Entities and its Dispute Resolution Contact Person and
Disputer
- Responsible for the maintenance of the Excel sheet containing the list of Online Dispute Resolution
Process Cases and reminding the Legal Service Officer IV and Legal Assistant IV of any pending
issues/dispute cases;
- Assisting Attorney III with the recent updates and status of disputes to be submitted to the CIC;
- Processing the submission details given by the Submitting entities to the CIC portal for the validation
and resolution of the disputes filed;
- Monitoring the progress of disputes with respect to a specific submitting entity, as assigned; and
- Administrative tasks such as preparation of monthly GLOBE SOA certification of OBD and OP-Legal,
collation of IPCR, assisting the OP-Legal with respect to the approval of leave, and other relevant tasks.
- Ensure all transactions, operations, policies, and procedures of the CIC are valid, binding, and
enforceable under any court of law;
- Perform other functions as may be assigned.
Support Functions:
- Provide recommendations on the enhancement of CIC's online dispute resolution process;
- Evaluating existing policies and procedures and, if warranted, in the development and revision thereof;
- Conduct research in all legal fields of interest of the company and promptly respond to legal
issues/concerns;
- Production of reports on any newly passed laws as well as orders and issuances of various government
agencies that have a potential impact on credit reporting;
- Review and draft contracts, memoranda, office orders, and other corporate documents;
- Update, manage, and secure the integrity of documentation and ensure that the company's interests are
protected under the law;
- Updating, managing, and securing the integrity of documentation of SEs communication relevant to their
compliance;
- Conducting fact-finding measures based on available resources submitted to verify the non-compliance
issues of SEs;
- Planning, executing, and managing compliance testing, including developing control matrices,
identifying control points, designing and carrying out test procedures, identifying the root cause,
reporting results, and reviewing work papers; and
- Identifying opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Compliance Monitoring
program and participate in ad hoc assignments;
- Assist in the conduct of administrative investigations or hearings involving an erring employee; and in
the drafting of decisions; and
- Perform other functions as may be assigned.
