Administrative Support:- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team.
Manage and coordinate executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Communication Management:
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications with a high level of professionalism.- Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Documentation and Filing:
Organize and maintain accurate and up-to-date files and records.- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.
Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.- Anticipate and proactively address the needs of the executive team.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field.- With at least 1 year of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- High proficiency in using MS Office suite and other relevant tools.
Keen attention to detail and accuracy in work.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Quick thinking and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
