JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:An Administrative Officer, or Admin Officer, is responsible for providing administrative support to the organization. They act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries. Their duties include some of these tasks; managing office stock, preparing regular reports, organizing company records, answering telephone calls, replies to emails, preparing necessary reports and filing documents. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills.
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role.
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
