Job Description

Job Title: Records Management and General Services Department Head

Qualifications:
  • College Graduate.
With 5 years of actual work experience in property management, materials management, and documentation, 2 years of which has been in a managerial capacity.
  • Willing to start ASAP.
Willing to work at San Pedro, Laguna.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Management of Records Control and Documentation
Management of General Services Transactions and Projects
  • Strategic Management
Engineering Services (manages facility construction, improvements, repairs and maintenance)
  • Corporate Planning and Deliverables Monitoring
Business Process Improvements and Process Documentation
  • Personnel Management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php45,
  • 00 - Php50,000.00 per month
