Overview: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager proficient in handling business permits, government licenses, SEC filings, and BPLO documents. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in administrative roles, demonstrating strong organizational skills and a thorough understanding of regulatory compliance and business operations.
Manage the processing and renewal of business permits, government licenses, SEC registrations, and BPLO documents.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and deadlines.
Coordinate with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and external stakeholders to facilitate necessary filings and approvals.- Develop and maintain effective procedures and systems for document management and compliance tracking.
Provide guidance and support to department heads and employees on administrative policies and procedures.
- Oversee administrative staff, including training, supervision, and performance management.
Prepare reports and presentations for senior management regarding administrative activities and compliance status.- Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and update internal policies and procedures accordingly.
Act as a liaison between the organization and external auditors during audits and inspections.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in administrative management, preferably in a regulatory or compliance-focused role.
Strong knowledge of business permit processes, government regulations, SEC requirements, and BPLO procedures.- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with document management systems.- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.- Experience in a managerial or supervisory role within an administrative function.
Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards.
