The Admin Associate shall provide effective and efficientadministrativesupport throughout our departments and company-wide; and to perform all associated duties to the best of our professional abilities.
Monitoring incoming mail, receiving mail and packages from couriers, and delivering to proper recipient
- In- charge of forecasting, control, and management of office supplies/staffhouse supplies
Proper scheduling of company vehicles/rentals- Maintain updated systems for filing, inventory, mailing, and databases
May perform a variety of administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Prepare liquidations of site Managers for submission to Makati Admin and ensure completion and integrity of receipts and other supporting documents.
Bachelor's degree required
- Proficient with MS Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong communication skills- Ability to work effectively and cross functionally with all levels of management both internally and externally
Ability to perform multiple tasks with minimum supervision
- Prior experience as office assistant or handling administrative responsibilities in a related field
Highly organized multitasker, flexible and can work efficiently in a highly pressured environment- Well organized and systematic
Must be willing to work in Makati
- Must be willing to travel and do field work
Open to Project-based employment (6 months)
