JOB SUMMARY_
Provides administrative, logistical, and clerical support to Global Fund activities.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES_
- Works under the supervision of the Strategy Manager;
- Prepares the administrative needs in the conduct of meetings (attendance sheet, venue, meals, handouts, etc.);
- Prompt facilitation of purchase request, request for payments and other requests to other units;
- Provide clerical support to the program;
- Conducts and maintains inventory of unit's office supplies and equipment. Ensures availability when needed;
- Regular coordination with the Regional Offices for discussion of Project concerns
- Prompt facilitation of requests from the unit;
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the supervisor
and/or management.
_MINIMUM QUALIFICATION GUIDELINE_
Education : College graduate of any 4-year course; Open also to graduates of any 2-year associate degree or equivalent with at least 3-year work experience in doing clerical or administrative tasks.
Experience : Administrative experience in NGOs, LGUs, DOH, Partners, and Donors is an advantage.
Other / Special Skills : Computer literate with wide knowledge in Microsoft Office and Google tools/applications; Technically equipped in preparing and operating machines like computers, printers, photocopiers, etc.; Good in written and verbal communication skills; Good in document organization; Proficient in event organizing; Basic Accounting skills or experience is an advantage. Physically capable to do leg work and carrying items with significant weight.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
