Job Description
Responsible to carry out administrative duties such as but not limited to develop proper filing, typing, research, binding, assisting on maintenance of the office facilities and equipment, scanning, generating reports, presentations, setting up for meetings, reordering supplies, calling suppliers and other clients, assisting other department as necessary and instructed.
Providing real time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail while representing the Company.
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
Oversee and supervise the work of junior staff.
Assisting CEO, Executive and other Senior Personnel on their daily task such as but not limited to driving, delivery, ocular visit for pharmacy branches and other required places from time to time.
Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories, evaluating new equipment and techniques as assigned, supervising the repair man.
Handles projects that may be assigned from time to time.
