VONAS Media seeks a part-time administrative assistant who is experienced in internal administrative tasks that include but are not limited to managing company finances, doing HR and recruitment, mediating communications between VONAS and the tax lawyer, office rentee, IT support for various programs and websites in use, and intern schools and organizations, and using task management systems and databases.
- Other responsibilities are:
initiating the payroll and invoices for the team and the freelancers
- act as an intermediary with VONAS and the tax lawyer team
handle the team accounting- make a summary of sales and expenses for every quarter and send it to the tax lawyer
manage and use the databases and task management systems like Airtable and ClickUp
- establish communications with the team in Slack, Whatsapp, or Viber
facilitate the transfer, signing, and notarization of documents for the secretary and the treasurer- become the point-person for intern accredited schools and sign their MOA
- Skills and qualifications:
a degree in Communication, Business Management, or similar fields- at least 1 year experience in management, IT, or business
tech-savvy, comfortable using computers and other software
- mastery in the English language
working knowledge of accounting and finances- effective communication skills
strong organizational skills
- experience in the use of databases and task management websites and other programs (Airtable, ClickUp, Slack, etc)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Php12,
- 00 - Php15,000.00 per month
