About the Role:

As a Administrative Assistant, youu0027ll be the backbone of our campaigns, keeping things running smoothly and providing exceptional support.

Youu0027ll have the chance to work with a diverse team of professionals and contribute to projects that impact our organizationu0027s success.

This is where youu0026rsquoll shine:
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls (sales, inquires, billing, procurement, accounts), taking accurate messages when necessary.
  • Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and email correspondence.
  • Address client concerns and inquiries efficiently and professionally.
  • Collaborate with other departments to facilitate communication and support.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as tracking expenses, invoices and bills.
  • Manage incoming emails, directing them to the right departments or individuals.
  • Assist in providing information about products or services offered by the business.
  • Lodge tickets in Halo, if needed
  • Basic IT knowledge
  • Familiar with Xero and Halo systems.

What youu0027ll bring in:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments.
  • Strong skills in Xero and Halo
  • Ability to assist with basic technical issues and direct more complex problems to the appropriate IT staff.
  • Capability to find solutions and answers independently when faced with challenges.
  • Amenable to work on site: Alabang, Muntinlupa City
  • Amenable to work Day Shift (AU Client)
