Job description- Perform various administrative tasks to support the team and ensure efficient office operations.
Manage and maintain executives schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.- Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary.
Prepare and distribute correspondence, letters, and forms.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
Plan and oversee projects from conception to completion.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
