Must posses Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resource or any related field Preferably Dasmarinas residence / nearby area
- Knowledge of appropriate software such as MS Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook etc.
Must be Polite and professional communication via phone and email and in workplace- Carries out administrative tasks such as
-Daily Bank Errands
-Daily creation of SI and Columnar
-Encoding of SI and Columnar
-Creation client's SOA/Billing (Monthly and Bi-Monthly)
-Emergency Errands (like if there's need for laundry supplies, notary)
-Organizing Documents (permits, billings, laundry docs etc)
-Government Submission Errands (like BIR, DOLE)
-Assist and Learn the Receptionist task
Working Schedule: Mondays to Saturdays
Rest day; Every Sunday
