The Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive support to the Senior Vice President (SVP) of the Human Resources Team. This role involves managing documentation, handling internal and external correspondence, and assisting with various projects as assigned. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong analytical and planning skills, and demonstrate excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the SVP of Human Resources.
- Manage and organize documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Handle internal and external correspondence, including emails, letters, and reports.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of projects and initiatives led by the SVP.
- Prepare presentations and reports.
- Conduct research and gather data to support HR projects and decision-making.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies, Administration, Management, Psychology, or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical and planning skills.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Google Workspace/Suite (Google Slides, Google Sheets, etc.)
- Must be willing to work on-site at Rockwell Center, Makati City.
- Standard office hours, with occasional additional hours as required by the SVP's schedule and project deadlines.
