Job Overview: We are seeking a competent Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. The ideal candidate will work on a variety of tasks related to our office operations and support our team.
Assist in managing office supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, faxes, and forms.- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
Perform reception duties, greet visitors, and direct them to the appropriate person or department.- Assist with payroll processing and maintaining employee records.
Manage and update databases, CRM systems, and contact lists.
- Provide general administrative support to executives and other team members as needed.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
College Grad, additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.

Pay: Php18,- 00 - Php20,000.00 per month
