JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Act as the secretary of the Opeartions Manager.
- Assist on documentation requirements needed on the project sites. Process all required documents in project site, manpower requirements for ID application and be like.
- Coordinate schedules to the admin site if any
- Assist Operations Manager for meeting and client requirements if any
- Monitors permits and gatepass application for its processing and validity
- Act as the coordinator to the Project site in the absence of the Operations Manager
- Perform other duties as may be assigned
JOB SPECIFICATION:
- Candidate must be 4-year College Graduate, any college course and fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Knowledgeable in processing of government documents such as but not limited to; Business Permit, Electrical Application, Working Permits and the like
- Detail oriented and organized.
- Willing to work in minimal supervision and with eagerness to learn.
- With strong communication skills

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
