Job Title: Administrative Assistant
- Locations: Quezon City and Malate Manila
The Administrative Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role requires a proactive, highly organized individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Manage and maintain schedules, including appointments, meetings, and other related field.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation.
- Serve as a point of contact between executives and internal/external clients.
- Develop and maintain filing systems and databases.
- Oversee and manage projects as assigned, ensuring timely completion.
- Assist with the preparation of financial documents and reports.
- Provide general administrative support to the executive team and other departments as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Secretary, or similar role at a professional level is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
