Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office operations and procedures, including but not limited to filing systems, supplies inventory, and office maintenance.
Assist in scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members.- Maintain and update company records, databases, and contact lists, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and other correspondence on behalf of the team.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as required.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication and coordination of tasks.- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, visitors, and team members.
Assist with special projects and events, as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant experience is a plus.
Proven experience in an administrative role or related position.- Strong organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.- Professional demeanor, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving and task management.
