Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of any 4-year course

Brief Duties and Responsibilities:
- Administrative Assistant shall attend to all administrative functions in the property.
Assist in the coordination of different property management services and functions for the property/project owners, occupants and tenants in the absence of the Building Manager or Building Engineer, the Administrative Assistant is expected to be able to take charge of the simple day-to-day activities in the property/project.- Assist the Building Manager in ensuring that all customer calls and complaints are recorded and, if possible, responded to within the day
Assist the Building Manager to prepare for community events including Annual General Membership meetings
- Actively participate in the implementation of community development activities
