The administration assistant provides day-to-day administrative support to the center or institution.
He/she handles administrative tasks such as customer service to patients, medical doctors and partners, scheduling meetings, preparation of reports and filing of documents.
He/she may also provide assistance for documentation to the Human Resources Department or to Finance Department as part of their daily tasks within the Center.
He/she must make sure of the smooth flow of the operations on a daily basis within the center.
EDUCATIONAL AND COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
- Must have a four-year bachelor degree in the medical field or any related course to office administration or management
Good organization, time management and scheduling skills- Basic book-keeping experience, especially in accounts payable or receivable
Experienced in using office management software, including word processing and spreadsheets
- Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute with few errors
Strong communication and verbal skills- Ability to multi-task smoothly
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS- Preferably to have a management or supervisor background in previous work
Preferably to have worked in a medical background for at least one year
- Familiarity or exposure to ISO accreditation is a plus
