Report to the Area Manager and Gen. Manager
Handle administrative works such as draft correspondence, schedule appointments, filing of government permits, office & office equipment maintenance, office supplies
Submit and monitor billings to Airline's head office and adhere to strict payment deadlines to avoid penalty fees from government agencies such as CAB, MIAA, CAAP, BIR, and other Government agencies both National and Local)
Coordinate with the airlines accounting firm regularly and other
Must be proficient in MS Words. Excel, PowerPoint, SAP application, and social media
Graduate of Business Administration, or Accounting or Tourism
At least 1-2 year experience with good disposition, attention to details, proactive, need minimal supervision, & pleasing personality in the airline company
Must submit a comprehensive resume to include work experience, Educational background, Personal background, and other skills
