RESPONSIBILITIES:- Provides administrative support to ensure that the department's operations are maintained in an effective, up-to-date and accurate manner.
Provides support on the appointments, schedules and travel plans of the department, Managers and/or Head- Maintains and emails office calendar to coordinate work flow and meetings including schedule of account closings and title releases
Serves as the Department's liaison
- Provides clerical assistance to the Department.
Ensures required reports are submitted.- Perform other related duties as required
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Secretarial or equivalent.- With experience in clerical and administrative work
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications.
- Open to work onsite in Manila
