Performing secretarial duties for the manager, admin officer and provide general administrative support.- Arranging and scheduling appointments, meeting and events for the manager, both internally and externally.
Making travel arrangements for the Executives.
- Helping prepare for meeting and accurately recording minutes from meeting as required.
Preparing facilities and arranging refreshments for meetings and various events, if required.- Liaising with internal departments and help monitor compliance to various deliverables.
Collating, processing and distributing various reports to and from the Office of the Manager.
- Preparations and drafting of reports, memos, letters and other documents as may ne required.
Perform proper filing of document and records keeping and maintenance of databases.- Monitoring of office supplies and ordering replacements.
Must be a College Graduate- with at least 2 years of experience as an Administrative Secretary
Exceptional filing, recordkeeping and organizational skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and communication skills both written and oral.
Highly familiar with various office equipment- Advance computer skills and comfortable working with various internet and web-based applications.
Driven, patient and hardworking with an exceptional sense of customer service.
- Willing to travel if necessary
