Job Description:- Administrative control over all staff assigned to the project.
Recording and distribution of incoming and outgoing documents.- Maintain and secure an orderly filing system.
Prepare reports, internal and external memos, and letters as required by the Construction Manager or Project-in-Charge.
Prepares transmittal form for proper transmitting of important documents to designated recipients.
- A graduate of BS in Computer Science / Information Technology / Business Administration or equivalent.
With least (2) years of administrative work experience (Project / Construction Management experience is a plus).- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and good computer navigation skills.
Knowledgeable in PC troubleshooting and basic networking.
Has the ability to relate to all levels of people in the organization.- Can work under pressure, results-oriented, and with initiative.
Applicant must be willing to be assigned to the construction site.
Can start immediately.
