Job Description

_Responsibilities:_
  • Greeting visitors , Maintaining the reception area.
Set up and maintain administrative filing systems of both electronic and paper records.
  • Manage inventory of office Supplies
Responsible for processing payments of supplier / vendor.
  • Monitor a record of all expense.
Performs any other task that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:_
  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required skill(s): with experience in handling payments, excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Willing to work in BGC area.
  • Can Start ASAP

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift


Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Taguig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:
  • Administrative Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
