Responsibilities:_
- Greeting visitors , Maintaining the reception area.
Set up and maintain administrative filing systems of both electronic and paper records.- Manage inventory of office Supplies
Responsible for processing payments of supplier / vendor.
- Monitor a record of all expense.
Performs any other task that may be assigned from time to time.
_Qualifications:
_- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required skill(s): with experience in handling payments, excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Willing to work in BGC area.
