Job Description

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist the manager and perform administrative works.

  • Carrying out clerical duties such as answering telephone calls, responding to mails, generating reports and preparing daily documents.

  • Assist in preparation of daily and monthly assigned reports.

  • Submit and reconcile daily expenses of the company.

  • Issue receipt and Purchase order to the customers.

  • Organize incoming and outgoing delivery items.

  • Resolving administrative issues and problems.

  • Contribute team effort by accomplishing the related results as needed.
