ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist the manager and perform administrative works.
- Carrying out clerical duties such as answering telephone calls, responding to mails, generating reports and preparing daily documents.
- Assist in preparation of daily and monthly assigned reports.
- Submit and reconcile daily expenses of the company.
- Issue receipt and Purchase order to the customers.
- Organize incoming and outgoing delivery items.
- Resolving administrative issues and problems.
- Contribute team effort by accomplishing the related results as needed.
