Overview of the job
As an Administrative Associate you will be accountable for your own area of responsibility, working with teams to generate new insights for the improvement of the current administrative system; as well as, its implementation, monitoring, and assessment. The gist of your role is to maintain efficient & quality day-to-day administrative guidance and support to ensure operational effectiveness of the department.
Your team
As an Administrative Associate, you will give business administrative support for executives and their respective departments.

You should be agile and adaptable to sensing/feedback, a powerful collaborator, and eager to learn new things. You will be a critical partner to department leadership as well as an important member of the team.
Responsibilities of the role
- Record day to day financial transactions and complete posting process
Collect, Sort, and file records manually and electronically related to office activities, business transactions, and other matters- Verify that transactions are allocated and recorded in the correct file, account, and project
Tracking of various accounts budget
- Work hand in hand with the company financial auditor
Stewarding for team to implement new programs, procedures, methods, and systems- Track and process government-mandated and company benefits
Prepares letters, memos, forms, and reports according to written or verbal instructions
- Entertain and direct office phone calls and emails
Organize and manage company recurring payments, expenses, and events- Stewarding for team to follow company guidelines in various processes
Provide market research, supplier sourcing and database
- Negotiate and Finalize quotations according to the desired work/material requirement
Placing Purchase Order and tracking of suppliers billings.
Qualifications and Role Requirements- High school graduate with at least 3 years of experience in the same role. Or a related bachelor's degree holder with 1-year relevant experience
Knowledge of the MS Office suite particularly MS Excel functions
