GVA TNY Consulting Philippines, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential support to our team by handling administrative and clerical tasks.
Prepares legal documents
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
Manage and organize case files and documents- Coordinating appointments, hearings, and court date
Communicating with clients and external parties on behalf of the legal team
- Providing administrative support to legal professionals
Handles payroll processing and statutory reporting including the monthly remittances to SSS, PHIC, and HDMF.- Assist the Office Manager in data entry
Assist with other accounting/admin tasks as assigned, such as filing, photocopying, and data retrieval
Bachelor's degree in any related accounting or finance course
- 1 to 2 years of admin/accounting experience
Familiarity with government remittances and reporting (SSS, PHIC, HDMF, BIR) is an advantage- Willing to start immediately
Amendable to work in Makati City
