Job Description
- Manages schedule and appointment of managing director.
- Assists managing director in office admin needs such as filing, photocopying and typing of
documents.
- Manages flight and hotel bookings for business travel.
- Answers phone calls and inquiries, forwards to respective department.
- Collates faxed documents, distributes to corresponding receiver.
- Accommodates guests and visitors.
- Ensures upkeep and cleanliness of reception area.
- Produces office forms, ensures ample and complete quantity of office forms.
- 3. Office/Building Assistant
- Processes requests for office supplies.
- Looks for suppliers and providers for office and building needs.
- Coordinates with maintenance providers or contractors to ensure upkeep of equipment and
building facilities.
- Ensures ample stocks of office and building supplies.
- Requests for payment of suppliers and contractors.
- Schedules items for repairs, ensures these are attended to in a timely manner.
- Monitors inventory of Sun, Globe, IPAD and Laptop.
- Coordinates with Sun & Globe for any technical problems.
- Prepares payroll of construction workers.
- 4. Performance Management and People Development
- Knows, abides, and adheres to all company policies.
- Assesses own performance for mid year and year end.
- Initiates accomplishment of individual development plan.
- May conduct other duties from time to time.
